I shot these images using 35mm film some time after I lost my father. Dealing with death is a difficult issue. I find many artists use art a tremendous tool to work through fears and emotions. This serious deals with a progression that I witnessed starting with a need to fight and win, followed by an awareness that the battle is hopeless, while ending with an odd sense of peace.
